What we collect
Intake form. If you send a request, we receive what you type into the form. It is emailed to us and used only to respond to you and assess whether we can help. We do not sell it or share it without your agreement.
Site analytics. We use two tools to understand how the site is used. Vercel Analytics counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you. Google Analytics counts page visits and three actions: clicks on the buttons that lead to the intake form, the start of the intake form, and successful submissions. Neither tool ever sees what you type into the form.
Cookies
Until you choose, Google Analytics runs in a limited mode: it sets no cookies and cannot recognise you across visits, although Google still receives basic technical information such as your IP address and the page viewed. If you choose “Accept”, Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_…) that tell visitors and sessions apart. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer; declining removes those cookies. Your light/dark preference and your cookie choice are stored in your own browser (local storage) and are never sent to us.
Retention and your rights
We keep intake correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and meet any legal obligations. You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete what we hold about you by replying to any email from us.
Sending us sensitive information
Please don’t include passwords, payment details or personal data about your customers in the form. We’ll arrange a suitable channel for confidential material once we speak.
